Terms of payment is always 100% advance. We only accept Bank Wire Transfer. Our bank typically receive the funds next day.
Other Type of Payments
Other type of payments in India are very typical in business due to reasons as below.
Once, you make Bank Wire Transfer, refund cannot possible but you can change your orders such as size, texture, categories in the same value. Order details can be changed before shipment.
Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and there are no refunds/exchange policy. We will not do exchange/return your purchase.

Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. - Western Union and Money Gram: - Due to Indian Government regulations, the use of the Western Union, and Money Gram money transfer service to India by business are not permitted. They are illegal for business.
- Pay Pal: We don’t do Pay Pal due to higher charges in Indian. They takes very higher charges. Secondly, Pay Pal transfer Indian currency by converting USD to Indian rupee in very low price. Third, Indian Government takes service tax as well. Forth, we cannot transfer the money from Pay Pal account to my bank account immediately. It takes 5 business days for transaction.
