Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.
We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our natural hair is 100% virgin human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor. We cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our natural hair comes in a natural straight, natural wavy, natural body wave, natural deep wave, natural loose wave pattern, the color will range between a natural 1b and 2. In some cases we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. Please be forewarned, if you purchase with the color or texture, we will not do exchange/return your purchase.
Please Note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns or exchanges permitted.

Payment of PayPal in India, is very typical for business due to reasons as below.

Cancellation of Order
You may cancel your order before sending the amount through Bank Wire Transfer. After receiving your amount into my bank, orders cannot be cancelled.
Order Processing
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm IST. All orders received before 4:00 pm are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected on the order form.
Product Availability
If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfil your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case

Lost Shipments
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately at 1-786-732-3039. We will contact Courier Company right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent.
International Shipments
All international customers are required to submit complete shipping address with zip code, name of city, state. Once you've placed your order you will be contacted by Customer Service to provide this information. International shipments are not allowed to post box number.
Customs Clearance
International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is not given for less than 10 packs. If company receive the order 10 packs and more than 10 packs, shipping charges will be free. Shipping charges will be $ 50 for international shipment.
Fumigation Certificate
If customer needs Fumigation certificate, you will be charged $ 25 for USA. African country and European country is not allowed without Fumigation certificate. We are also pioneer to carrying Fumigation treatment of Human Hairs. It is inspected that there is no lice, bed bugs, mosquitoes, cockroach, ants, rat and rodent control. Prizes, Special Offers and Compensation
Returns, replacements and exchanges are not permitted on products acquired by the client through a promotional contest or event. Hair acquired through a compensation contract from any company’s department is also not eligible for return, replacement or exchange.
No sale is final until approved by Company. Company reserves the right to withhold approval at its sole discretion

Payment of PayPal in India, is very typical for business due to reasons as below.
- Due to Indian Government regulations, the use of Pay Pal transfer service to India by business is not permitted.
- It is illegal for business.
- If we use PayPal as personal name, they takes very higher charges.
- PayPal transfer Indian currency by converting USD to Indian rupee in very low price, if we use personal name without business account.
- Indian Government takes service tax as well if we use personal.
- We cannot transfer the money from Pay Pal account to my bank account immediately. It takes 5 business days for transaction.
- Bank Wire Transfer: Terms of payment is always 100% advance. We accept Bank Wire Transfer. Our bank typically receive the funds next day. We have our company registered bank account.
- Western Union: We also accept western union payment into my bank account if you send through online. I will give information when you place order.
- Money Gram: We also accept Money Gram payment into my bank account if you send through online.I will give information when you place order.
- Transfast: We also accept transfast payment into my bank account if you send through online. I will give information when you place order.
- World Remit: We also accept world remit payment into my bank account if you send through online. I will give information when you place order.
